Manage Staff

In the  Manage Staff  area you can define all of the staff members that you want to use (or be managed by) the  Membr  platform. Staff can be added, edited, removed from active service or deleted entirely in this area

Staff are an important concept in the  Membr  platform, as the type of role you assign to them here will dictate what features of the platform they have access to, and what authority they have to add member credit or issue refunds etc.

The following staff types are setup:

  • Manager

  • Trainer

  • Reception

  • Sales

  • Staff

  • Personal Trainer
