Issuing a Keyfob to New Sign-up


If you see a blank keyfob field (older signups) or a temporary keyfob code (newer signups) like that shown above, the user has not yet been assigned a real keyfob and you will need to issue a new one and enter the code into the profile.


The system has to allocate a temporary keyfob code in order to create an entity in the Club Hub system. This temporary code is NOT an actual keyfob and the new member will not have access to the facility. They still need to be issued with a physical keyfob/valid code!


You can spot a temporary keyfob code easily because they are always prefixed with MEMBR.
