In 2010, Jack founded PT Cloud (now Membr) with the sole aim of creating an online personal training platform to use with his and his trainers’ client base. After launching the PT Cloud Jack has been responsible for all aspects of global business operations. After seeing a gap in the market for an online gym management system that focused on the low staffed, budget sector health club model, Jack developed and brought to market Membr, the businesses fastest growing product. Since launching Fit Cloud in December 2012 Jack has launched Membr for companies such as JD Gyms, Gym Etc and Simply Gym.
David was one of the founders of Fit Cloud (now Membr) and was responsible for designing the first version of the product. He is adept at understanding product requirements, ensuring the delivery of front end solutions through exceptional user centred experiences. David has more recently been involved in the management of the new office team, working hard with them to ensure efficient roll out, implementation and integration of the product.
Steven Berger is a business development executive who, since completing his University and College studies in 2004, has been involved in growing and managing new or “new to market” companies. Assisting in the launch of Red Bull and Virgin into the Canadian marketplace both furthered his learning and eventually led to being headhunted by CSI Software in 2005.
After working for 10 years as a product design consultant for top design consultancies in the US, Netherlands and UK, working for clients such as Samsung, Philips, Smith & Nephew, Compaq and Hewlett Packard, Sebastian formed his own company, albooto.com, to bring innovative products to market.
Matt enjoyed a successful career in Investment Banking that spanned more than 20 years. As an Originator in Debt Capital Markets he was responsible for advising major European Banks and Insurance companies on their funding, capital raising and risk management strategies. He has also been an active investor in early stage companies since the late 90s providing seed capital for several businesses across a diverse range of sectors. These include healthcare, litigation finance, energy efficiency and media.
